Leonard Leye Li
I am a Senior Lecturer in the School of Accounting, Auditing & Taxation at UNSW Business School, UNSW Sydney. I was a Visiting Scholar at the Foster School of Business, University of Washington in 2025.
My research examines the role of corporate disclosure in social and political environments such as pandemics, global disruptions, and legal frameworks. I have a range of research interests including voluntary disclosure, shareholder litigation and stock price crash risk. My work has been published in leading accounting journals including the Journal of Accounting Research, Journal of Accounting and Economics, and Accounting, Organizations and Society.
